As a physical therapy private practice, our goal is to be the Physician's Preferred Neuromusculoskeletal Physical Therapists of Fort Worth. We look to be a problem solver for you by spending time educating patients on their conditions as well as being proactive in solving the patient's needs. North Texas PT works in collaboration in a multidisciplinary approach to assist patients in achieving their goals.
North Texas Physical Therapy is accountable to our Physicians in that we collect outcomes data including pain, function, patient satisfaction and expected number of visits per condition. Our one page streamlined reporting is intended to effectively communicate useful data on your patients at the initial evaluation, midterm progress, and discharge summary. In addition, we look to become an advisor and resource for you in providing useful information that helps you care for your patient's needs.
